Have you ever made Fire Cider?

Add this to your arsenal as a defense against cold and flu pathogens, sip at the first sign of cold symptoms, and as a decongestant and expectorant when the cold has set in. Ingredients like onions, garlic, thyme & rosemary are all we’ll known for their antimicrobial, antiviral, antioxidant, immune-enhancing, and anti-inflammatory properties.. they also support the action of vitamin C!

It’s a simple & effective immune tonic — fire cider also stimulates digestion and helps move circulation which can help you feel warm on cold winter days.

Sip a shot glass a day or add to salad dressings & olive oil for sourdough bread if you want to get creative.
