why  I  created  this  guide..

If you're feeling overwhelmed with where to start, I know how you feel. I've been there too.

Starting in my teens, I had various symptoms that I struggled with daily. I tried what felt like everything in the hopes of finding relief - sought help from medical professionals and underwent numerous tests, but they couldn't find a clear cause for my issues. 

Over the years, I had to avoid more and more foods without getting any definite answers. After experiencing back to back miscarriages, something needed to change.
 
That's when I realized I had overlooked the direct connection between gut issues and things like mood, hormones, anxiety, depression, sleep, energy, and the ability to focus. I hadn't done anything to restore my gut health or replenish the essential nutrients needed for healing.

It was time to address this differently, from the inside out
 - I realized I needed to address the root cause.

And let me tell you. Even though it felt hard at times, it was WORTH IT.
